Country Placards
Use these as place markers for the second session and the simulation. Country spokesperson (Ministers) must raise their placard to indicate to the presidency that they would like to speak.
Country Information Sheets
These provide a brief background of each country’s position in the chocolate debate, mixed with some general history and words of encouragement for ministers. Included on the second page of these sheets is a list of the major questions students should consider as they debate and negotiate the new chocolate directive.
