Student Workshop: “How to Highlight International Experiences on a Resume”

November 17 @ 4:00 pm – 5:15 pm

Co-sponsored by the Center for European Studies, the IRIS-NRC, the Language Institute; Center for South Asia; Center for Russia, East Europe, and Central Asia, Middle East Studies Program, African Studies Program, Center for East Asian Studies, Center for Southeast Asian Studies, and Latin American, Caribbean, and Iberian Studies program. Part of the Center for European Studies 2021-2022 Lecture Series.

Part of International Education Week, this event is for students who want to learn about describing their international experience to potential employers – be that study abroad, internships, or coursework (in-person or virtual) that is internationally-focused. For this event, we will focus specifically on tailoring a resume to demonstrate these experiences.

The first 20 UW-Madison students to register and attend will receive a copy of You Majored in What?: Designing Your Path from College to Career by Dr. Katharine Brooks!
