The German and Dutch Graduate Student Association is hosting its 23rd annual graduate student conference, with the topic being “Environments” in the German- and Dutch-speaking worlds. Talks focusing on literature, linguistics, and second-language acquisition will be present. Dr. Seth Howes from the University of Missouri will be the keynote speaker for the event, and Dr. Julia Goetze and Dr. Diego Roman will be leading a workshop for the event as well.
This conference will take place from September 29th from 3:00pm-6:00pm at the Memorial Union, to September 30th from 9:00am-3:00pm at the Memorial Union. The conference is open to all UW-Madison students, and free to attend.
