The 8th annual “Week of Italian Cuisine in the World” will take place from November 13 to November 19, 2023. Each year the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, plans events in collaboration with the Italian Consulate and the Italian Cultural Institutes all over the world. Each year events are organized regularly at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in collaboration with the Italian Consulate and the Italian Cultural Institute in Chicago. The theme of this year is “A tavola con la cucina italina: il benessere con gusto”/”At the Table with the Italian Cuisine: Well-Being with Taste”. Stories of Eggs and Flour, a performance by Danish-Italian artist Gaia Mencagli, is part of the events planned during the 8th annual “Week of Italian Cuisine in the World in November 2023.
